Leviticus 24

2 The oyle for the lampes. 5 The ſhewbread 14 The blaſphemer ſhalbe stoned. 17 He that killeth ſhalbe killed.
1.ANd the Lord ſpake vnto Moſés, ſaying,
2.a Commande the children of Iſraél that thei bring vnto thee pure oyle oliue beaten, for the light, to cauſe the lampes to burne continually.
3.Without the vaile b of the Teſtimonie, in the Tabernacle of the Congregacion, ſhal Aarón dreſſe them, bothe euen and morning before the Lord alwaies: this ſhalbe a lawe for euer through your generacions.
4.He ſhal dreſſe the lampes vpon the * pure Candelſticke before the Lord perpetually.
5.¶ Alſo thou ſhalt take fine floure, & bake twelue * cakes thereof: two c tenth deales ſhal be in one cake.
6.And thou ſhalt ſet them in two rowes, ſix in a rowe vpon the pure table before the Lord.
7.Thou ſhalt alſo put pure incenſe vpō the rowes, that d in ſtede of the bread it may be for a remembrance, and an offring made by fire to the Lord.
8.Euerie Sabbath he ſhal put thē in rowes before the Lord euermore, receauing them of the childrē of Iſraél for an euerlaſting couenant.
9.* And the bread ſhalbe Aarons & his ſonnes, and thei ſhal eat it in the holy place: for it is moſte holy vnto him of the offrings of the Lord made by fire by a perpetual ordinance.
10.¶ And there went e out among the children of Iſraél the ſonne of an Iſraelitiſh woman, whoſe father was an Egyptian: & this ſonne of the Iſraelitiſh woman, and a man of Iſraél ſtroue together in the hoſte.
11.So the Iſraelitiſh womans ſonne f blaſphemed the Name * of the Lord, and curſed, and thei broght him vnto Moſés (his mothers name alſo was Shelomíth, yͤ daughter of Dibrí, of the tribe of Dan)
12.And thei * put him in warde, til he tolde them the minde of the Lord.
13.Then the Lord ſpake vnto Moſés, ſaying,
14.Bring the blaſphemer without the hoſte, and let all that heard him, * put their hands vpon his head, and let all the Congregacion ſtone him.
15.And thou ſhalt ſpeake vnto the children of Iſraél, ſaying, Whoſoeuer curſeth his God, ſhal g beare his ſinne.
16.And he that blaſphemeth the Name of the Lord, ſhal be put to death: all the Cõgregacion ſhal ſtone him to death: aſwel the ſtranger, as he that is borne in the lād: when he blaſphemeth the Name of the Lord, let him be ſlaine.
17.* He alſo that " killeth anie man, he ſhalbe put to death.
18.And he that killeth a beaſt, he ſhal reſtore it, " beaſt for beaſt.
19.Alſo if a man cauſe anie blemiſh in his neighbour: as he hathe done, ſo ſhal it be done to him:
20.* Breache for breache, eie for eie, tothe for tothe: ſuche a blemiſh as he hathe made in anie, ſuche ſhalbe repaied to him.
21.And he that killeth a beaſt ſhal reſtore it: but he that killeth a man ſhal be ſlaine.
22.Ye ſhal haue * one lawe: it ſhalbe aſwel for the ſtranger as for one borne in the countrey: for I am the Lord your God.
23.¶ Then h Moſés tolde the children of Iſraél, and thei broght the blaſphemer out of the hoſte, and ſtoned him with ſtones: ſo the children of Iſraél did as the Lord had commanded Moſés.
