Leviticus 17

All sacrifices muste be broght to the dore of the Tabernacle
.ANd the Lord ſpake vnto Moſes, ſay-
.ing, Speake vnto Aarón, and to his ſonnes, & to all the children of Iſraél, and ſay vnto them, This is the thing which the Lord hathe commanded, ſaying,
.Whoſoeuer * he be * of the houſe of Iſraél that a killeth a bullocke, or lābe, or goat in ye hoſte, or that killeth it out of the hoſte,
.And bringeth it not vnto the dore of the Tabernacle of the Congregacion to b offer an offring vnto the Lord before the Tabernacle of the Lord, c blood ſhalbe imputed vnto that man: he hathe ſhed blood, wherefore that man ſhalbe cut of from among his people.
.Therefore the children of Iſraél ſhal bring their offrings, which they wolde offer d abroad in the field, and preſent them vnto the Lord at ye dore of the Tabernacle of the Congregacion by the Prieſt, & offer thē for peace offrings vnto ye Lord.
.Then the Prieſt ſhal ſprinkle the blood vpon the altar of the Lord before the dore of the Tabernacle of the Congregacion, and burne the fat for a * ſwete ſauour vnto the Lord.
.And thei ſhal no more offer their offrīgs vnto e deuils, after whome they haue gone a f whoring: this ſhalbe an ordinance for euer vnto them in their generacions.
.¶ Alſo thou ſhalt ſay vnto them, Whoſoeuer * he be * of the houſe of Iſraél, or of the ſtrangers which ſoiourne among them, that offreth a burnt offring or ſacrifice,
.And bringeth it not vnto the dore of the Tabernacle of the Congregacion to offer it vnto the Lord, eué that man ſhal be cut of from his people.
.¶ Likewiſe whoſoeuer * he be * of the houſe of Iſraél or of the ſtrāgers that ſoiourne among them, that eateth anie blood, I wil euen ſet g my face againſt that perſone that eateth blood, & wil cut him of from among his people:
.For the life of the fleſh is in the blood, & I haue giuen it vnto you to offer vpon the altar, to make an atonement for your ſoules: for this blood ſhal make an atonement for the ſoule.
.Therefore I ſaid vnto the childrē of Iſraél, None of you ſhal eat blood: nether the ſtranger that ſoiourneth among you, ſhal eat blood.
.Mo eouer whoſoeuer * he be * of the children of Iſraél, or of the ſtrangers that ſoiourne among them, which by hunting taketh anie beaſt or foule that maie be h eatē, he ſhal powre out ye blood thereof, and couer it with duſt:
.For the life of all fleſh is his blood, it is ioyned with his life: therefore I ſaid vnto the children of Iſraél, * Ye ſhal eat the blood of no fleſh: for the life of all fleſh is the blood thereof: whoſoeuer eateth it, ſhal be cut of.
.And euerie perſone that eateth it which dyeth alone, or that which is torne with beaſtes, whether it be one of the ſame coūtrey or a ſtranger, he ſhal bothe waſh his clothes, & waſhe him ſelfe in water, & be vncleane vnto ye euen: after he ſhalbe cleane.
.But if he waſh * them * not, nor waſh his fleſh, then he "ſhal beare his " iniquitie.
