He ſeeth the glorie of God going into the Temple, from whence it had before departed. 7 He mencioneth the idolatrie of the childre of Iſrael for the which thei were conſumed and broght to noght 9 He is commanded to cal them againe to repentance.
.AFterwarde he broght me to the gate, euen the gate that turneth towarde ye Eaſt.
.And beholde, the glorie of ye God of Iſraél came frõ out of the Eaſt, whoſe voice was like a noiſe of great waters, and the earth was made light with his glorie.
.So the Spirit toke me vp and broght me into the inner court, and beholde, the glorie of the Lord filled the houſe.
.And I heard one ſpeaking vnto me out of the houſe: and there ſtode a man by me,
.Albeit they ſet their threſholdes by my threſholdes, and their poſtes by my poſtes(for there was but a wall betwene me & the) yet haue thei defiled mine holy Name with their abominacions, that thei haue committed: wherefore I haue cõſumed them in my wrath.
.Now therefore let the put away their fornicacion, and the carkeiſes of their Kings farre frõ me, and I wil dwell among them for euer.
.¶ Thou ſonne of mã, ſhewe this Houſe to the houſe of Iſraél, that thei may be aſhamed of their wickednes, and let them meaſure the paterne.
.And if thei be aſhamed of all that thei haue done, ſhewe the the forme of ye houſe, & the paterne thereof, & the going out thereof, & the cõming in thereof, and the whole facion thereof, & all the ordinances thereof, & all the figures thereof, & all the lawes thereof: & write it in their ſight, that thei may kepe ye whole facion thereof, &all the ordinances thereof, and do them.
.So the altar ſhalbe foure cubites, & from the altar vpwarde ſhalbe foure hornes.
.And ye frame ſhalbe fourtene cubites long, & fourtene broade in the foureſquare corners thereof, and the border about it ſhalbe halfe a cubite, & the bottome thereof ſhalbe a cubite about, and the ſteppes thereof ſhalbe turned towarde the Eaſt.
.¶ And he ſaid vnto me, Sóne of man, thus faith the Lord God, Theſe are the ordinãces of the altar in the day when thei ſhal make it to offer the burnt offring thereon, and to ſprinkle blood thereon.
.And thou ſhalt giue to the Prieſts, yt to the Leuites, that be of the ſede of Zadók, which approche vnto me, to miniſter vnto me, ſaith the Lord God, a yong bullocke for a ſinne offring.
.And thou ſhalt take of the blood thereof, and put it on the foure hornes of it, & on the foure corners of the frame, & vpon the bordre round about: thus ſhalt thou clenſe it, and reconcile it.
.Thou ſhalt take the bullocke alſo of the ſinne offring, & burne it in the appointed place of the houſe without the Sanctuarie.
.But the ſeconde day thou ſhalt offre an he goat without blemiſh for a ſin offring, and thei ſhal clenſe the altar, as thei did clenſe it with the bullocke.
.Whẽ thou haſt made an end of clenſing it, thou ſhalt offer a yong bullocke without blemiſh, and a ram out of the flocke without blemiſh.
.And yu ſhalt offre the before the Lord, & ye Prieſts ſhal caſt ſalt vpon the, & thei ſhal offre the for a burnt offring vnto ye Lord.
.Seuẽ daies ſhalt thou prepare euerie day an he goat for a ſin offring: thei ſhal alſo prepare a yong bullocke and a ram out of the flocke, without blemiſh.
.And when theſe daies are expired, vpon the eight day and ſo forthe, the Prieſts ſhal make your burnt offrings vpon the altar, and your peace offrings, and I wil accept you, ſaith the Lord God.
