Exodus 26

Theſe eleuen curtaines of goates heere were put aboue the other ten, and the eleuenth hanged before the entrie of the Tabernacle. like E Theſe alſo were 30 cubites long and the other but eight and twenty, and therfore on the Southe ſide thei were a cubite longer then the other, like A. and alſo another on the North ſide, that the boardes might be couered.
1.AFterward thou ſhalt make the Tabernacle with ten curtaines of fine twined linen, and blewe ſilke, and purple, & ſkarlet: & in the thou ſhalt make Cherubims of a broidred worke.
2.The length of one curtaine ſhalbe eight and twentie cubites, & the breadth of one curtaine, foure cubites: euerie one of y curtaines ſhal haue one meaſure.
3.Fiue curtaines ſhal be coupled one to another: and the other fiue curtaines ſhalbe coupled one to another.
4.And thou ſhalt make ſtrings of blewe ſilke vpõ the edge of the one curtaine, which is in the ſeluedge b of the coupling: & like-wiſe ſhalt ÿ make in ẙ edge of ẙ other curtaine in ẙ ſeluedge, in ẙ ſecõde couplig.
5.Fiftie ſtrings ſhalt thou make in one curtaine, and fiftie ſtrings ſhalt thou make in the edge of the curtaine, which is in the ſe c cõde coupling: ẙ ſtrings ſhalbe one right againſt an other.
6.Thou ſhalt make alſo fiftie taches of golde, and couple ẙ curtaines one to another w̄ the taches, & it ſhalbe one " tabernacle.
7.¶ Alſo yu ſhalt make curtaines of goates heere, to be a d couering vpon the Tabernacle: thou ſhalt make them to the nomber of eleuen curtaines.
8.The length of a curtaine ſhalbe thirtie cubites, & the breadth of a curtaine foure cubites: the eleuen curtaines ſhalbe of one meaſure.
9.And thou ſhalt couple fiue curtaines by them ſelues, and the ſix curtaines by them ſelues: but thou ſhalt double the e fixt curtaine vpon the fore fronte of the couering.
10.And thou ſhalt make fifty ſtrings in the edge of one curtaine in the ſeluedge of the coupling, and fifty ſtrings in the edge of the other curtaine in the ſeconde coupling.
11.Likewiſe thou ſhalt make fifty taches of braſſe, and faſten them on the ſtrings, & ſhalt couple the couering together, that it may be one.
12.And the f remnant that reſteth in the curtaines of the couering, euen the halfe curtaine that reſteth, ſhalbe left at the backe ſide of the Tabernacle,
13.That the cubite on the one ſide, and the cubite on the other ſide of that which is left in the length of the curtaines of the couering, may remaine on either ſide of the Tabernacle to couer it.
14.Moreouer for that couering thou ſhalt make a g couering of rams ſkins died red, & a couering h of badgers ſkins aboue.
15.¶ Alſo thou ſhalt make boardes for the Tabernacle of Shittim wood to ſtand vp.
16.Ten cubites ſhalbe the length of a boarde, and a cubite and an halfe cubite the breadth of one boarde.
17.Two tenons ſhalbe in one boarde ſet in ordre as the fete of a ladder, one againſt an other: thus ſhalt thou make for all the boardes of the Tabernacle.
18.And thou ſhalt make boardes for the Tabernacle, euen twentie boardes on the Southe ſide, euen ful Southe.
19.And thou ſhalt make fourtie " ſockets of ſiluer vnder the twentie boardes, two ſockets vnder one boarde for his two tenõs, and two ſockets vnder an other boarde for his two tenons.
20.In like maner on the other ſide of the Tabernacle towarde the North ſide ſhalbe twentie boardes,
21.And their fourtie ſockets of ſiluer, two ſockets vnder one boarde, and two ſockets vnder a nother boarde.
22.And on the ſide of the Tabernacle, toward the Weſt ſhalt thou make ſix boardes.
23.Alſo two boardes ſhalt thou make in the corners of the Tabernacle in ye two ſides.
24.Alſo thei ſhalbe i ioyned beneth, & likewiſe they ſhalbe ioyned aboue to a ring: thus ſhall it be for them two: they ſhalbe for the two corners. wiſe thei ſhalbe ioyned aboue to a ring: thus ſhal it be for them two: thei ſhalbe for the two corners.
25.So thei ſhalbe eight boardes hauing ſockets of ſiluer, euē ſixteene ſockets, that is, two ſockets vnder one boarde, & two ſockets vnder an other boarde.
26.¶ Then thou ſhalt make fiue barres of Shittím wood for the boardes of one ſide of the Tabernacle,
27.And fiue barres for the boardes of the other ſide of the Tabernacle: alſo fiue barres for the boardes of the ſide of the Tabernacle towarde the Weſtſide.
28.And the midle barre ſhal go through the middes of the boardes, from end to end.
29.And thou ſhalt couer the boardes with golde, and make their rings of golde, for places for the barres, and thou ſhalt couer the barres with golde.
30.So thou ſhalt rere vp the Tabernacle * according to the facion thereof, which was ſhewed thee in the mount.
31.¶ Moreouer thou ſhalt make a vaile of blewe ſilke, and purple, and ſkarlet, and fine twined linen: thou ſhalt make it of broydred worke with Cherubíms.
32.And thou ſhalt hang it vpō foure pillers of Shittím wood couered with golde, (whoſe k hokes ſhalbe of golde) ſtanding vpon foure ſockets of ſiluer.
33.¶ Afterward thou ſhalt hang the vaile " on the hokes, that thou maieſt bring in thither, that is (within ye vaile) the Arke of the Teſtimonie: and the vaile ſhal make you a ſeparacion betwene the Holy place and the l moſte Holy place.
34.Alſo thou ſhalt put the Merciſeat vpon the Arke of the Teſtimonie in the moſte Holy place.
35.And thou ſhalt ſet the Table m without the vaile, & the Candelſticke ouer againſt the Table on ye Southſide of the Tabernacle, and thou ſhalt ſet the Table on the Northſide.
36.Alſo thou ſhalt make an n hanging for the dore of the Tabernacle of blewe ſilke, and purple, and ſkarlet, and fine twined linen wroght with nedle.
37.And thou ſhalt make for the hanging fiue pillers of Shittím, and couer thē with golde: their heades ſhalbe of golde, & thou ſhalt caſt fiue ſockets of braſſe for them.
