Here is described in what assurance he liveth that putteth his whole trust in God, & committeth him self wholly to his protection in all tentations. 14 A promise of God to those that love him, know him and trust in him, to deliver them, & give them immortal glory.
.aWhoso dwelleth in the secret of the most High, shal abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
.bI wil say unto the Lord, O mine hope, and my fortress: he is my God, in him wil I trust.
.Surely he wil deliver thee from the csnare of the hunter, and from the noisome pestilence.
.He wil cover thee under his wings, and thou shalt be sure under his feathers: his dtruth shalbe thy shield and buckler.
.eThou shalt not be afraid of the fear of the night, nor of the arrow that flieth by day:
.Nor of the pestilence that walketh in the darkness: nor of the plague that destroyeth at noon day.
.A thousand shal fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand, but it shal not come near thee.
.Douteles with thine feyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
.For thou hast said, The Lord is mine hope: thou hast set the most high for thy refuge.
.There shal none evil come unto thee, neither shal any plague come near thy tabernacle.
.gFor he shal give his Angels charge over thee to keep thee in all thy ways.
.They shal bear thee in their hands, that thou hurt not thy foot against a stone.
.Thou shalt walk upon the lion & asp: the hyoung lion and the dragon shalt thou tread under feet.
.iBecause he hath loved me, therefore wil I deliver him: I wil exalt him because he hath knowen my Name.
.He shal call upon me, and I wil hear him: I wil be with him in trouble: I wil deliver him, and glorifie him.
.With klong life wil I satisfy him, and shewe him my salvation.
