Psalm 67

1 Apraier of the Church to obteine the fauour of God & to be lightened with his countenance. 2 To the end that his waie & iudgements maie be knowen throughout the earth 7 And finally is declared the kingdome of God, which ſhoulde be vniuerſally erected at the comming of Chriſt.
To him that excelleth on Neginóth. A Pſalm or ſong.
1.GOd be merciful vnto vs, and bleſſe vs, & cauſe his face to ſhine among vs. Sélah.
2.That they maie know thy waie vpon earth, & thy ſauing health among all nations.
3.Let the people praiſe thee, ô God: let all the people praiſe thee.
4.Let the people be glad and reioyce: for thou ſhalt iudge ye people righteouſly, & gouerne the nations vpon the earth. Sélah.
5.Let the people praiſe thee, ô God: let all the people praiſe thee.
6.The ſhal ye earth bring forthe her increaſe, & God, euen our God ſhal bleſſe vs.
7.God ſhal bleſſe vs, and all the ends of the earth ſhal feare him.

That is, moue our heartes wc his holy Spirit, yt we maie fele his fauour towards vs.
2:b.
That bothe Iewes & Gẽtiles maie know Gods counſel made wc them.
4:c.
By theſe oft repeticions he ſheweth, ye the people can neuer reioyce ſufficiẽtly, & giue thãkes for the great benefites that thei ſhal receiue vnder the kingdome of Chriſt.
6:d.
He ſheweth yt where God fauoreth, there ſhalbe abũdãce of all other things.
7:e.
Whẽ thei ſele his great benefites bothe ſpiritual & corporal towards them.
