Psalms 134

1 He exhorteth the Levites, watching in the Temple, to praise the Lord.
¶ A song of degrees.
1.aBehold, praise ye the Lord, all ye servants of the Lord, ye that by night stand in the House of the Lord.
2.Lift up your bhands to the Sanctuarie, and praise the Lord.
3.The Lord, that hathe cmade heaven and earth, bless thee out of Zión.

1-a.
You that are Levites and chiefly appointed to this office.
2-b.
For their charge was not only to keep the Temple, but to pray there and to give God thanks.
3-c.
And therefore has all power, bless you with his Fatherly love declar- ed on Zion. Thus the Levites used to praise the Lord, & bless the people.
