Psalms 121

This Psalme teacheth that the faithful ought only to look for help at God, 7 Who only doeth maintain, preserve and prosper his Church.
¶ A song of degrees.
.I wil lift mine eyes ^unto the mountains, from whence mine help shal come.
.Mine help commeth from the Lord, which hath made the aheaven and the earth.
.He wil not suffer thy foot to slip: for he that kepeth thee, wil not bslumber.
.Behold, he that kepeth Israél, wil neither slumber nor sleep.
.The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shadow at thy right hand.
.The sun shal not csmite thee by daie, nor the moon by night.
.The Lord shal preserve thee from all evil: he shal keep thy soul.
.The Lord shal preserve thy dgoing out, and thy coming in from hence forth and for ever.
