Judges 17

3 Michahs mother according to her vowe made her sonne two idoles. 5 He made his sonne a Priest for his idoles, 10 And after he hired a Levite.
1.There awas a man of mount Ephráim, whose name was Michah,
2.And he said unto his mother, The eleven hundreth shekels of silver that were taken from thee, for the which thou cursedst, and spakedst it, even in mine hearing, beholde, the silver is with me, I toke it. Then his mother said, Blessed be my sonne of the Lord.
3.And when he had restored the eleven hundreth shekels of silver to his mother, his mother said, I had dedicate the silver to the Lord of mine hand for my sonne, to make ba graven and molten image, Now therefore I wil give it thee againe.
4.And when he had restored the money unto his mother, his mother toke two hundreth shekels of silver, and gave them to the founder, which made thereof a graven and molten image, and it was in the house of Micháh. Dan. Michah. Judges 17:
5.And this man Micháh had an house of gods, and made an *cEphód, and *Teraphím, & ^consecrated one of his sonnes, who was his Priest.
6.In those daies there was no dKing in Israél, but everie man did that, which was good in his owne eies.
7.¶ There was also a yong man out of Beth-léhem Judáh, eof the familie of Judáh: who was a Levite, and sojourned there.
8.And the man departed out of the citie, even out of Beth-léhem Judáh, to dwel where he colde finde a place: & as he journeied, he came to mount Ehpráim to the house of Micháh.
9.And Micháh said unto him, Whence commest thou? And the Levite answered him, fI come from Beth-léhem Judáh, and go to dwel where I may finde a place.
10.Then Micháh said unto him, Dwel with me, and be unto me a father and a Priest, and I wil give thee ten shekels of silver by yere, and a sute of apparel, and thy meat and drinke. So the Levite went in.
11.And the Levite was gcontent to dwel with the man, and the yong man was unto him as one of his owne sonnes.
12.And Micháh consecrated the Levite, and the yong man was his Priest, and was in the house of Micháh.
13.Then said Micháh, Now I knowe that the Lord wil be hgood unto me, seing I have a Levite to my Priest.
