A repetition of ſondrie lawes and ordinances.
.AND the Lord ſpake vnto Moſes, ſaying,
.Speake vnto all the Congregacion of the children of Iſrael, and ſay vnto them, Ye ſhalbe holy, for I the Lord your God am holy.
.Ye ſhal feare euerie man his mother & his father, and ſhal kepe my Sabbaths: for I am the Lord your God.
.Ye ſhal not turne vnto idoles, nor make you molten gods: I am the Lord your God.
.And when ye ſhal offer a peace offring vnto the Lord, ye ſhal offer it frely.
.It ſhalbe eaten the day ye offer it, or on the morowe: & that which remaineth vntil the third day, ſhal be burnt in the fire.
.For if it be eaten the third day, it ſhalbe vncleane, it ſhal not be accepted.
.Therefore he that eateth it, ſhal beare his iniquitie, becauſe he hathe defiled the halowed thing of the Lord, and that perſone ſhal be cut of from his people.
.When ye reape ye harueſt of your land, ye ſhal not reape euerie corner of your field, nether ſhalt thou gather the glainings of thy harueſt.
.Thou ſhalt not gather the grapes of thy vineyarde cleane, nether gather euery grape of thy vineyarde, but thou ſhalt leaue them for the poore and for the ſtranger: I am the Lord your God.
.Ye ſhal not ſteale, nether deale falſly, nether lie one to another.
.Alſo ye ſhal not ſweare by my Name falſely, nether ſhalt thou defile the Name of thy God: I am the Lord.
.Thou ſhalt not do thy neighbour wrõg, nether robbe him. The workemãs hire ſhal not abide with thee vntil the morning.
.Thou ſhalt not curſe the deafe, nether put a ſtumbling blocke before the blinde, but ſhalt feare thy God: I am the Lord.
.Ye ſhal not do vniuſtly in iudgement. Thou ſhalt not fauour the perſone of the poore, nor honour the perſone of the mighty, but ÿ ſhalt iudge thy neighbour iuſtly.
.Thou ſhalt not walke about with tales among thy people. Thou ſhalt not ſtand againſt the blood of thy neighbour: I am the Lord.
.Thou ſhalt not hate thy brother in thine heart, but thou ſhalt plainely rebuke thy neighbour, and ſuffre him not to ſinne.
.Thou ſhalt not auenge, nor be mindful of wrong againſt the childrẽ of thy people, but ſhalt loue thy neighbour as thy ſelfe: I am the Lord.
.Ye ſhal kepe mine ordinances. Thou ſhalt not let thy cattel gendre with others of diuers kĩdes. Thou ſhalt not ſowe thy field with mingled ſede, nether ſhal a garment of diuers things, as of linen and wollen come vpon thee.
.Whoſoeuer alſo lieth and medleth with a woman that is a bonde maid, affianced to a houſband, and not redemed, nor nor fredome giuen her, ſhe ſhalbe ſcourged, but they ſhal not dye, becauſe ſhe is not made fre.
.And he ſhal bring for his treſpas offring vnto the Lord, at the dore of the Tabernacle of the Congregacion, a ram for a treſpas offring.
.Then the Prieſt ſhal make an atonemẽt for him with the ram of the treſpas offring before the Lord, cõcerning his ſinne which he hath done, and pardon ſhalbe giuen him for his ſinne which he hathe committed.
.¶Alſo when ye ſhal come into the land, and haue planted euerie tre for meat, ye ſhal counte the frute thereof as vncircũciſed: thre yeres ſhal it be vncircũciſed vnto you, it ſhal not be eaten:
.But in the fourth yere all the frute thereof ſhal be holy to the praiſe of the Lord.
.And in the fift yere ſhal ye eat of the frute of it that it may yelde to you the encreaſe thereof: I am the Lord your God.
.¶Ye ſhal not eat the fleſh with the blood, ye ſhal not vſe witch craft, nor obſerue times.
.Ye ſhal not cut round the corners of your heades, nether ſhalt thou marre the tuftes of thy beard.
.Ye ſhal not cut your fleſh for the dead, nor make anie printe of a marke vpon you: I am the Lord.
.¶Thou ſhalt not make thy daughter commen, to cauſe her to be a whore, leſt the land alſo fall to whoredome and the land be ful of wickednes.
.¶Ye ſhal kepe my Sabbaths and reuerence my Sanctuarie: I am the Lord.
.¶Ye ſhal not regarde them that worke wt ſpirits, nether ſotheſaiers: ye ſhal not ſeke to them to be defiled by them: I am the Lord your God.
.¶Thou ſhalt riſe vp before the horehed, and honour the perſone of the olde man, and dread thy God: I am the Lord.
.¶And if a ſtranger ſoiourne with thee in your land, ye ſhal not vexe him.
.But the ſtrãger that dwelleth with you, ſhalbe as one of your ſelues, & thou ſhalt loue him as thy ſelfe: for ye were ſtrangers in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.
.¶Ye ſhal not do vniuſtly in iudgement, in line, in weight, or in meaſure.
.You ſhal haue iuſte balances, true weightes, a true Epháh, and a true Hin. I am ye Lord your God, which haue broght you out of the land of Egypt.
.Therefore ſhal ye obſerue all mine ordinances, and all my iudgements, and do them: I am the Lord.
