Exodus 39

1 The apparel of Aarón and his ſonnes 32 All that the Lord commanded, was made, and finiſhed 43 Moſés bleſſeth the people.
1.MOreouer they made a garments of miniſtration to miniſter in the Sanctuarie of blewe ſilke, and purple, & ſkarlet: thei * made alſo the holy garments for Aarón, as the Lord had commanded Moſés.
2.So he made the Ephód of golde, blewe ſilke, and purple, and ſkarlet, and fine twined linen.
3.And they did beate the golde into thin plates, and cut it into wiers, to worke it in the blewe ſilke & in the purple, and in the ſkarlet, & in the fine linen, with broydered worke.
4.For the which thei made ſhulders to couple together: for it was cloſed by the two edges thereof.
5.And the broydred garde of his Ephód that was vpon him, was of the ſame ſtuffe, and of like worke: euen of golde, of blewe ſilke, and purple, and ſkarlet, and fine twined linen, as the Lord had commanded Moſés.
6.¶ And they wroght * two onix ſtones cloſed in ouches of golde, and graued, as b ſignets are grauen, with the names of the children of Iſraél,
7.And put thé on the ſhulders of ye Ephód, as ſtones for a * remembrance of the children of Iſraél, as the Lord had commanded Moſés.
8.¶ Alſo he made the breſt plate of broydred worke like the worke of the Ephód: to wit, of golde, blewe ſilke, and purple, & ſkarlet, and fine twined linen.
9.They made the breſt plate double, and it was ſquare, an hand breadth long, and an hand breadth broad: it was alſo double.
10.And they filled it with foure rowes of ſtones. The ordre was thus, a ruby, a topaze, and a carbuncle in the firſt rowe.
11.And in the ſeconde rowe, an emeraude, a ſaphir, and a diamond:
12.Alſo in the third rowe, c a turkeis, an achate, and an hematite:
13.Likewiſe in the fourte rowe, a chryſolite, an onix, and a iaſper: cloſed and ſet in ouches of golde.
14.So the ſtones were according to the names of the children of Iſraél, euen twelue d after their names, grauen like ſignets euerie one after his name according to the twelue tribes.
15.After, they made vpon the breſt plate cheines at the endes, of wrethen worke & pure golde.
16.They made alſo two boſſes of golde, & two golde rings, and put the two rings in the two corners of the breſt plate.
17.And they put the two wrethen cheines of golde in the two rings, in the corners of the breſt plate.
18.Alſo the two other endes of the two wrethen cheines they faſtened in the two boſſes, and put them on the ſhulders of the Ephód vpon the fore fronte of it.
19.Likewiſe they made two rings of golde, and put them in the two other corners of the breſt plate vpon the edge of it, which was on the inſide of the Ephód.
20.They made alſo two other golden rings, and put them on the two ſides of the Ephód, beneth on the foreſide of it and ouer againſt his coupling aboue the broydred garde of the Ephód.
21.Then they faſtened the breſt plate by his rings vnto the rings of the Ephód, with a lace of blewe ſilke, that it might be faſt vpon the broydred garde of the Ephód, and that the breſt plate ſhulde not be loſed from the Ephód, as the Lord had cōmandea Moſés.
22.¶ Moreouer he made the robe of the e Ephód of wouen worke, altogether of blewe ſilke.
23.And f the hole of the robe was in the middes of it, as ye coller of an habergeon, with an edge about the coller, that it ſhulde not rent.
24.And they made vpon the ſkirtes of the robe pomegranates, of blewe ſilke, & purple, and ſkarlet, and fine linen twined.
25.They made alſo * belles of pure golde, & put the belles betwene the pomegranates vpon the ſkirtes of the robe rounde about betwene the pomegranates.
26.A bel & a pomegranate, a bel & a pomegranate round about the ſkirtes of the robe to miniſter in, as the Lord had cōmanded Moſés.
27.¶ After, they made coates of fine linē, of woué worke for Aarón & for his ſonnes.
28.And the mitre of fine linen, and goodlie bonnets of fine linen, and linen * breches of fine twined linen,
29.¶ And the girdel of fine twined linen, & of blewe ſilke, & purple, & ſkarlet, euen of nedle worke, as the Lord had commanded Moſés.
30.Final- ¶ Finally thei made the plate for the holy crowne of fine golde, and wrote vpon it a ſuperſcription like to the grauing of a ſignet, * H O L I N E S T O T H E L O R D.
31.And thei tied vnto it a lace of blewe ſilke to faſten it on hye vpon the mitre, as the Lord had commanded Moſés.
32.¶ Thus was all the worke of the Tabernacle, euen of the * Tabernacle of the Cōgregacion finiſhed: & the children of Iſraél did according to all that the Lord had commanded Moſés: ſo did thei.
33.¶ Afterwarde thei broght the Tabernacle vnto Moſés, the Tabernacle & all his inſtruments, his taches, his boardes, his barres, and his pillers, and his ſockets,
34.And the couering of rámes ſkins died red, & the couerings of badgers ſkinnes, and the g couering vaile.
35.The Arke of the Teſtimonie, and the barres thereof, and the Merciſeat,
36.The Table, with all the inſtruments thereof, and the ſhewe bread,
37.The pure Candelſticke, the lampes thereof, euen the lampes " ſet in ordre, and all the inſtruments thereof, and the oyle for light:
38.Alſo the golden Altar & the anointing oyle, and the ſwete incens, and the hāging of the Tabernacle dore,
39.The braſen Altar with his grate of braſſe, his barres and all his inſtruments, the Lauer and his fote.
40.The curtaines of the court with his pillers, and his ſockets, & the hanging to the courte gate, & his cordes, and his pinnes, and all the inſtruments of the ſeruice of the Tabernacle, called the Tabernacle of the Congregacion.
41.Finally, the miniſtring garments to ſerue in the Sanctuarie, & the holy garmēts for Aarón the Prieſt, and his ſonnes garments to miniſter in the Prieſts office.
42.i According to euerie point that the Lord had commanded Moſés, ſo the children of Iſraél made all the worke.
43.And Moſés behelde all the worke, and beholde, thei had done it as the Lord had commanded: ſo had thei done: and Moſés k bleſſed them.
