The number of them that returned from the captiuitie.
1.THese alſo are the ſonnes of the prouince, that went vp out of ye captiuitie (whome Nebuchadnezzár Kĩg of Babél had caried away vnto Babél) & returned to Ieruſalém, & to Iudáh, euerie one vnto his citie,
2.Whiche came with Zerubbabél, to wit, Ieſhua, Nehemiáh, Seraiáh, Reelaiah, Mordecái, Bilſhan, Miſpár, Biguái, Rehúm, Baanáh The number of the men of the people of Iſraél was,

43.¶ The Nethinims: the ſonnes of Zihá, ye onnes of Haſuphá, ye ſonnes of Tabbaóth,
44.The ſonnes of Kerós, ye ſonnes of Siahá, the ſonnes of Padón,
45.The ſonnes of Lebanáh, the ſonnes of Hagabáh, the ſonnes of Akkúb,

58.All the Nethinims, and the ſonnes of Salomons ſeruants were thre hundreth ninetie and two.
59.¶ And theſe went vp from Telmeláh, & from Telharſhà, Cherúb, Addán, & Immér, but they colde not diſcerne their fathers houſe and their ſede, whether they were of Iſraél.
60.The ſonnes of Delaiáh, the ſonnes of Tobiáh, the ſonnes of Nekodá, ſix hundreth and two and fiftie.
61.And of the ſonnes of ye Prieſts, ye ſonnes of Habaiáh the ſonnes of Coz, the ſonnes of Barzillái: which toke of ye daughters of Barzillái the Gileadite to wife, and was called after their name.
62.Theſe ſoght their writing of the genealogies, but they were not found: therefore were they put from the Prieſthode.
63.And Tirſhátha ſaid vnto them, that thei ſhulde not eat of the moſt holy thīg, til there roſe vp a Prieſt with Vrím & Thummim.
64.The whole Congregacion together was two and fourtie thouſand, thre hundreth and thre ſcore,
65.Beſide their ſeruants and their maides: of whome were ſeuen thouſand, thre hundreth and thirtie and ſeuen: and amonge them were two hundreth ſinging men and ſinging women. thre hundreth and ſeuen and thirtie: and among them were two hundreth ſinging men and ſinging women.
66.Their horſes were ſeuen hundreth, & ſix and thirty, their mules, two hundreth and fiue and fourtie:
67.Their camels foure hũdreth and fiue & thirtie: their aſſes, ſix thouſand, ſeuen hũdreth and twentie.
68.And certeine of the chief fathers, when they came to the houſe of the Lord, which was in Ieruſalém, thei offred willingly for the houſe of God, to ſet it vp vpon his fundacion.
69.Thei gaue after their habilitie vnto ỹ treaſure of the worke, euen one and threſcore thouſand drammes of golde, and fiue thouſand pieces of ſiluer and an hundreth Prieſts garments.
70.So the Prieſts & the Leuites, and a certeine of the people, and the ſingers, & the porters, and the Nethiníms dwelt in their cities, and all Iſraél in their cities.
