4.But the Arke of God had Dauid broght vp from Kiriath-iearím, when Dauid had made preparacion for it: for he had pitched a tent for it in Ieruſalém.
7.¶ The ſame night did God appeare vnto Salomón, and ſaid vnto him, Aſke what I ſhal giue thee.
8.And Salomón ſaid vnto God, Thou haſt ſhewed great mercievnto Dauid my father and haſt made me to reigne in his ſteade.
12.Wiſdome & knowledge is granted vnto thee, and I wil giue thee riches and treaſures and honour, ſo that there hathe not bene the like amōg the Kings yt were before thee, nether after thee ſhal there be ye like.
13.Then Salomón came from the hie place, that was at Gibeón, to Ieruſalém from before the Tabernacle of the Congregaciō, and reigned ouer Iſraél.
